Rest

If we fail to talk about rest, we won’t be biblically balanced, and our theology of work will suffer (and so will we).

One day, either by our death or with Christ’s return in power, we will be with our Lord in paradise and at perfect rest.

The concept of self-care is, by and large, selfish and often rooted in escapism—no matter how hard its proponents may argue otherwise.
